“Shelter Restored!”

Storm Amy, the first named storm of the 2025/26 season, swept across Scotland in October 2025, bringing record-breaking gusts to the Highland Titles Nature Reserve. The extreme winds sadly destroyed the boys’ shelter, leaving significant damage in their wake.

After months on our ever-growing to-do list, restoring the shelter rose to the very top of priorities this month. We’re delighted to say it has now been fully rebuilt and restored to its former glory – much to the boys’ absolute delight!

After a long, wet winter, a welcome spell of a few dry days was very much appreciated and made the perfect backdrop for this month’s lovely photo of the boys. Don’t forget to visit the video gallery too, where you’ll spot a very inquisitive coo kindly giving our SpyCam an unexpected clean!
